Original Screen — original Apple display quality, with True Tone retention and no non-genuine display message.
Grade A Screen — a third-party replacement part, not a genuine Apple screen. “Grade A” is our replacement category, not an official Apple quality classification. LCD, OLED and Soft OLED options vary by model; 120Hz is shown only where specified. Heavy gamers may notice a difference in touch sensitivity. Grade A screen replacement usually takes 30–60 minutes. Some Original screen replacements take around 4–5 hours. Contact us before visiting to confirm stock.
Screen replacement does not affect your data. We need your passcode to test the phone before and after repair. For privacy, back up and erase your phone before visiting. If you decline testing access, you accept the risk and we cannot take responsibility for installation damage. With full device access for testing, we take responsibility for installation damage.
We refit the water-resistance seal, but do not guarantee waterproofing. Even an unrepaired iPhone can suffer liquid damage, and water resistance reduces with time.
Working Face ID and True Tone are retained. For Grade A screens, True Tone retention requires your original screen to remain with the phone. If either feature is already faulty, we can assess a separate repair; it may not be completed the same day.
Refer to the warranty displayed for your selected iPhone model and screen type in the price checker or complete price list. Coverage is for display and touch faults only, with the glass in good condition. Damaged or cracked glass, liquid damage and abuse void the warranty. Other faults can be assessed separately, with a discounted repair quote. Within the first month, if a later issue is diagnosed as a motherboard fault and you cannot proceed with the discounted repair, we can take back the replacement screen and refund its cost, provided it is unscratched and undamaged.
